Manager Quality & Performance Improvement Specialist

Baptist Health South Florida is looking for an experienced Manager Quality & Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team and help us improve the quality and performance of our services. As a key leader in our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating quality improvement programs and initiatives, developing and implementing performance improvement plans, and managing performance and quality improvement teams.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, quality, or related field and 5 years of experience in a management, quality improvement, or performance improvement role. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and facilitate quality improvement programs and initiatives.
2. Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
3. Manage performance and quality improvement teams.
4. Analyze and evaluate data to identify trends and changes in performance.
5. Develop strategies and plans to address performance issues and gaps.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Monitor and report on performance improvement initiatives.
8. Facilitate meetings and training sessions with staff to promote quality and performance improvement.
9. Design and implement quality assurance systems and processes.
10. Monitor progress of initiatives and act proactively to ensure targets are met.
