- Develop and implement creative and effective strategies to attract top talent to Bank of America.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and timely screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and documentation in the company's applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other external recruitment events.
- Communicate and uphold the company's values and culture during the recruitment process.
- Continuously strive to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment and hiring.
- Collaborate with other HR professionals to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Bank of America to attract top talent and promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Recruitment Strategies, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Selecting Top Talent.
Demonstrated Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
