
Credit Assistance Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a solid understanding of credit related products, and a passion for helping people.We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and poise. The Credit Assistance Specialist must be knowledgeable in credit counseling and have an understanding of federal and state regulations regarding credit and lending.The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual who is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is able to handle a fast-paced work environment. He or she must possess a strong work ethic and be able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
