Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Checking And Savings Accounts, Loans, And Credit Cards.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Microsoft Office And Banking Platforms, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
