Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join the Banfield Pet Hospital team! As a key member of our hospital, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our furry friends and their owners. You’ll get to combine your passion for animals with your desire to provide top-notch customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a warm personality and an understanding of the importance of customer service. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners and their furry friends • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Listen to customers' needs and meet their expectations • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information on veterinary services and pet care • Process payments and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experience • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business • Act as a liaison between clients and the pet hospital staff • Work with veterinary technicians and veterinarians to ensure all pets are receiving the best care possible • Assist with scheduling appointments, taking payments, and providing pet owners with relevant information on pet care and services • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed • Maintain client records and other information in accordance with applicable regulations
