
Vendor Relationship Manager
Meet with new vendors to stay abreast of new offerings. Onboard new vendors and work with legal to get all documentation in place. Ensure vendors/partners are honoring their contractual commitments and maintaining service levels Adjust and manage data of key metrics measured over time to track vendor performance. Oversee accounting controls and issue resolution – derive required changes in close collaboration with procurement and legal. Manage post-case feedback process, survey and data. Conduct quarterly business reviews with preferred networks. Managing billing and invoicing. Meet regularly with key internal stakeholders (AAG and PEG) to review needs/gaps, and existing processes and their improvements. Manages portfolio of global Primary Research vendors. Negotiate enterprise-wide contracts and service level agreements. In collaboration with AAG leadership, make decision on onboarding new vendors.
3-5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in market research, consulting, financial services
Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing vendors is preferred
Understanding of contracts and pricing
Experience in working with global/virtual teams
