  1. Conduct research and analysis of international trade laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global trade regulations and their impact on BAE Systems' operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on international trade compliance matters.
  4. Review and assess trade data to identify potential compliance risks and make recommendations for corrective action.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to international trade compliance.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes in international trade regulations and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Provide training and support to employees on international trade compliance requirements.
  8. Prepare and submit required documentation for international trade transactions, including licenses and permits.
  9. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  10. Communicate with government agencies and external partners as needed to resolve trade compliance issues.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to international trade activities.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to international trade compliance as assigned.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and areas for improvement in current trade compliance processes.
  14. Represent BAE Systems in trade compliance meetings and conferences, both domestically and internationally.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In International Trade, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience With Trade Data And Regulations.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Trade Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Global Team Environment.
