Job Description

Aviva is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our Real Estate Debt team within our Real Assets division. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of real estate debt transactions and contribute to the growth of our portfolio. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of real estate finance and a passion for driving results.   1. Conduct in-depth analysis of potential real estate debt transactions and provide recommendations to the team.
  2. Collaborate with team members to structure and negotiate deals that meet our investment criteria.
  3. Prepare detailed financial models and perform cash flow analysis for potential investments.
  4. Monitor and manage existing real estate debt investments, including monitoring financial performance and conducting regular risk assessments.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including borrowers, lenders, and other financial institutions.
  7. Assist with the preparation of investment presentations and reports for senior management.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and provide support as needed to ensure successful execution of deals.
  10. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the Real Estate Debt team within the Real Assets division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Debt Or Real Assets Investing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Market Trends And Economic Factors.

  • Excellent Analytical And Financial Modeling Skills.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Closing Real Estate Debt Deals.
