Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Atrium Health Requires All Registered Nurses In Pediatrics Endocrinology To Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited University.

  • Current Rn License: Candidates Must Have A Current And Valid Registered Nurse License From The State Of North Carolina Or Be Eligible To Obtain One.

  • Pediatric Nursing Experience: Atrium Health Prefers Candidates To Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Pediatric Nurse, With A Focus On Endocrinology.

  • Endocrinology Certification: Applicants Should Have Or Be Willing To Obtain Certification In Pediatric Endocrinology, Such As Certified Pediatric Endocrinology Nurse (Cpen) Or Certified Pediatric Nurse (Cpn).

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: In A Pediatric Setting, Effective Communication And Collaboration With Patients, Families, And Multidisciplinary Teams Are Essential. Atrium Health Looks For Candidates With Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills.
