Implement and maintain SAP SD systems: The primary responsibility of the SAP SD Functional Consultant is to implement and maintain the sales and distribution systems of the company. This includes configuring and customizing the system to meet the business requirements.
Ensure smooth product flow: The SAP SD Functional Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of products to customers by monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the sales and distribution processes.
Develop and implement business solutions: The consultant will work closely with the business team to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions to meet their needs. This includes recommending process improvements, system enhancements, and new functionalities.
Provide technical expertise: The consultant will be the subject matter expert for all SAP SD related processes and functionalities. They will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the business team, as well as training and mentoring junior team members.
Conduct system testing and user training: The SAP SD Functional Consultant will be responsible for conducting system testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the system. They will also be involved in training end-users on how to use the system effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends: The consultant will be responsible for staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the SAP SD field. They will be expected to continuously improve their knowledge and skills to provide the most effective solutions for the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The SAP SD Functional Consultant will work closely with other teams such as finance, supply chain, and IT to ensure the seamless integration of the sales and distribution system with other business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues: In case of any issues or errors in the SAP SD system, the consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving them in a timely manner to minimize business disruptions.
Document processes and procedures: The consultant will be responsible for documenting all processes and procedures related to SAP SD, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date for future reference.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Sap Sd Functional Consultant, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Sap Sd Modules, Including Sales, Pricing, Distribution, And Logistics.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
