  1. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of global regulatory requirements and guidelines for pharmaceutical products.
  2. Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory documents and filings to regulatory agencies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all regulatory submissions.
  4. Monitor and track changes in regulations and communicate updates to relevant teams.
  5. Participate in regulatory agency interactions and meetings, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
  7. Review and approve labeling, promotional materials, and other product-related documents for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in regulatory affairs, and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Mentor and train junior regulatory affairs team members.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement regulatory strategies for new and existing products.
  12. Prepare and present regulatory reports and updates to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Pharmacy, Chemistry, Or Life Sciences.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Including Fda, Ema, And Ich.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Execute Regulatory Strategies For Drug Development And Product Approval.
