Conduct statistical analysis on complex data sets to support drug development and commercialization efforts.
Interpret and communicate data findings to inform decision making processes.
Develop and implement data models and algorithms to identify patterns and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
Monitor and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Design and execute experiments to generate data for analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for monitoring and tracking key performance indicators.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support company goals.
Communicate data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Management And Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Data And Related Regulations, Such As Cdisc And Ich-Gcp.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Statistical Software, Such As Sas, R, And Python.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
