As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.   1. Greet and welcome clients as they enter the store, representing the Armani Exchange brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, offering product knowledge, and making recommendations.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty and drive sales.
  4. Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends and product offerings to effectively advise clients on their purchases.
  5. Ensure the store is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the client's shopping experience.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  7. Utilize client information and purchase history to provide personalized recommendations and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Armani Exchange at store events and promotions.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer service by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  12. Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  13. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  14. Uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service, and ensure that all clients leave with a positive and memorable experience.
  15. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism, acting as a role model for the team and representing the Armani Exchange brand in a positive manner.

  • Previous Experience In Luxury Retail Sales: A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange Should Have Prior Experience In Luxury Retail Sales, Ideally Within The Fashion Industry. This Demonstrates An Understanding Of The Brand's Clientele And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Client Advisor, You Will Be Interacting With Clients On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Build Relationships With Customers And Provide Personalized Service.

  • Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: A Strong Understanding Of Fashion And Current Trends Is Necessary For A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange. This Knowledge Will Help You Provide Styling Advice And Make Product Recommendations To Clients, Ultimately Driving Sales.

About Armani Exchange

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand. To accelerate development of the nascent line, Giorgio Armani co-established the joint venture company Presidio Holdings Ltd in 2005 alongside Como Holdings, the company owned by the Singaporean tycoon Ong Beng Seng that, since 1994, has held the production and distribution license for A/X Armani Exchange in the United States, Canada, Central and South America and Asia-Pacific. Initially, the company held 25% of Presidio Holdings, with the remaining 75% being in the hands of Como Holdings. In 2008, Giorgio Armani acquired an additional 25% stake. In 2014, it acquired the remaining 50% "ensuring full ownership of the brand, which has 270 stores and over 3,000 employees", the company said in a statement.
