- Greet and welcome clients as they enter the store, representing the Armani Exchange brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, offering product knowledge, and making recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty and drive sales.
- Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends and product offerings to effectively advise clients on their purchases.
- Ensure the store is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the client's shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Utilize client information and purchase history to provide personalized recommendations and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Armani Exchange at store events and promotions.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service, and ensure that all clients leave with a positive and memorable experience.

Previous Experience In Luxury Retail Sales: A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange Should Have Prior Experience In Luxury Retail Sales, Ideally Within The Fashion Industry. This Demonstrates An Understanding Of The Brand's Clientele And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
