Field Applications Engineer

1. Provide technical support to customers regarding our products, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
2. Deliver training sessions to customers on the use and application of our products.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure customer needs are met and product development aligns with customer requirements.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products to potential customers.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively communicate and apply this knowledge to customer needs and product development.
7. Travel to customer sites to provide in-person support and training as needed.
8. Assist in the development and testing of new products, providing valuable feedback and insights from a customer perspective.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including technical issues, solutions, and customer feedback.
11. Communicate regularly with the engineering team to provide customer feedback and insights for product improvement.
12. Continuously enhance product knowledge and expertise through self-learning and participation in training programs.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
