- Develop and implement product development strategies to drive the success of our products.
- Lead the launch of new products, including identifying target markets, creating marketing plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product requirements and specifications based on market research and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and efficient product development and launch.
- Create and manage product budgets, including cost analysis and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, industry experts, and other stakeholders.

- Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products.
- Continuously identify and evaluate new product opportunities and make recommendations for product portfolio expansion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, technology advancements, and customer needs to inform product development and strategy.
- Ensure all product-related activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior product management team members.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Engineering Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Throughout Their Lifecycle, From Ideation To Commercialization.
