  1. Develop and implement product development strategies to drive the success of our products.
  2. Lead the launch of new products, including identifying target markets, creating marketing plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Define product requirements and specifications based on market research and customer feedback.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and efficient product development and launch.
  6. Create and manage product budgets, including cost analysis and pricing strategies.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, industry experts, and other stakeholders.
  9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and gather market intelligence.
  10. Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products.
  11. Continuously identify and evaluate new product opportunities and make recommendations for product portfolio expansion.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, technology advancements, and customer needs to inform product development and strategy.
  13. Ensure all product-related activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Mentor and guide junior product management team members.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Engineering Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Throughout Their Lifecycle, From Ideation To Commercialization.
