They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Required qualifications include:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• At least 3 years of experience in customer service• At least 1 year of experience in fraud prevention• Experience in the financial industry• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
