  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent and performance management strategy in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and attract top talent through various recruitment strategies
  • Conduct thorough and effective interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Monitor and analyze employee performance and provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes
  • Conduct regular evaluations of the talent and performance management processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent and performance management and implement them in the organization as appropriate
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on all talent and performance-related matters
  • Handle any performance-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Coach and mentor other HR team members on talent and performance management best practices and processes.
