- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent and performance management strategy in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and attract top talent through various recruitment strategies
