  1. Manage reinsurance policies: As the Reinsurance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all reinsurance policies and ensure they are accurately structured and implemented to provide the best coverage for our clients.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with reinsurance partners, brokers, and clients to negotiate favorable terms and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Analyze risks and make recommendations: You will be expected to analyze potential risks and make recommendations to senior management for appropriate reinsurance solutions, taking into account the unique needs of each client.
  4. Monitor market trends: It will be your responsibility to stay updated on industry trends and developments in the reinsurance market, and use this knowledge to inform our reinsurance strategies and policies.
  5. Collaborate with other teams: As part of a cross-functional team, you will work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations.
  6. Ensure compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all reinsurance activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  7. Manage reinsurance budget: You will be responsible for managing the reinsurance budget and negotiating competitive rates to maximize profitability for the company.
  8. Provide training and support: As part of your responsibilities, you will provide training and support to junior staff members on reinsurance practices and procedures.
  9. Handle client inquiries: You will be the main point of contact for client inquiries regarding reinsurance policies, claims, and other related matters, and will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses.
  10. Drive continuous improvement: You will proactively identify areas for improvement in reinsurance processes and systems, and work towards implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Reinsurance Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions.
