- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies in line with the company's overall objectives and brand positioning.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audiences and optimize digital campaigns accordingly.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate and promote them through digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a brand ambassador for Allianz.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Continuously monitor and improve website performance and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Techniques, Including Seo, Sem, Email Marketing, Social Media, And Content Marketing.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Digital Marketing Campaigns That Drive Customer Engagement And Conversion.
Excellent Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
