Job Description

In this role, you will have the chance to interact with customers, assist in product selection, and provide top-notch service to keep our store running smoothly.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Help customers find the products they are looking for and make recommendations based on their needs.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered in the store to effectively assist customers.
  4. Keep the store organized and well-stocked by restocking shelves, checking inventory levels, and assisting with receiving and stocking deliveries.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  7. Promote and upsell products and services to customers to meet sales targets and goals.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing to customers.
  9. Continuously learn about new products and services offered in the store to effectively assist customers and increase sales.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by store management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In A Retail Sales Environment, Preferably In A Grocery Or Retail Store Setting.

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential For This Role, As Retail Sales And Store Support Employees Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis And Should Be Able To Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, As Well As Work Collaboratively With Their Team And Other Departments Within The Store.
