- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Accurately and efficiently register patients for appointments, procedures, and admissions.
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
- Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and collect payments as necessary.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate patient information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Handle patient complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
- Stay updated on insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
- Identify and resolve any patient registration errors or discrepancies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve job knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of AdventHealth in all interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Processes.
Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Scheduling Systems.
