Lead Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain security controls to protect ADP's systems and data.
2. Develop techniques and strategies for ensuring the security of ADP's systems and data.
3. Monitor and investigate security breaches and other incidents to determine root causes and develop solutions to prevent future incidents.
4. Establish and enforce policies and procedures for data security and privacy.
5. Develop and maintain security documentation, including system diagrams, security plans, and risk assessments.
6. Train and educate other departments on security protocols and best practices.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to information security.
8. Assist in the development of security strategies and roadmaps.
9. Work with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and other partners.
