Lead and manage a team of designers, developers, and artists to create innovative and visually stunning content for Activision Blizzard's gaming titles
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and push the boundaries of design and development
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the gaming industry, staying up-to-date on trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to ensure the creative vision aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company
Set clear objectives and expectations for the team and provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work is produced
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Conduct regular performance evaluations and professional development plans for team members
Stay current on industry best practices and implement them within the team to continually improve processes and workflows
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our creative work and networking with other industry professionals
Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve the creative process and drive business growth through impactful and engaging content.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Creative Design Role, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Gaming Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Designers And Developers.
Expertise In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Design Trends And Techniques, With A Portfolio Showcasing A Diverse Range Of Successful Projects.
