- Coordinate and track all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to distribution centers and stores
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overages to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and any issues or delays
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in transportation and logistics operations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with transportation and shipping laws
- Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies with shipments and work to find effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external partners, responding promptly and professionally to any inquiries or concerns
- Continuously monitor and analyze transportation and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Traffic Coordination Or Logistics Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Transportation And Shipping Processes, Including Carrier Selection, Routing, And Tracking.
Familiarity With Supply Chain Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Vendors.
Demonstrated Understanding Of Inventory Management And Warehouse Operations, With A Focus On Maintaining Accurate And Timely Shipments.
