  1. Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and best practices and incorporate them into project delivery.
  5. Analyze client requirements and design solutions that are both functional and scalable.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of ServiceNow solutions to ensure quality and user satisfaction.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for all ServiceNow implementations, including process flow diagrams, user guides, and training materials.
  8. Provide training and support to clients on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
  9. Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow implementation techniques and best practices.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in ServiceNow to bring innovative solutions to clients.
  13. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project managers and stakeholders effectively.
  14. Ensure all projects follow Accenture's quality and security standards.
  15. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support in client presentations and proposals.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Servicenow Platform: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules, Including It Service Management, It Operations Management, And Hr Service Delivery.

  • Implementation Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Implementing Servicenow Solutions For Clients. This Includes Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Configuration, And Testing.

  • Servicenow Certifications: Having Relevant Servicenow Certifications, Such As Certified Implementation Specialist Or Certified System Administrator, Is Preferred And Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Platform.

  • Technical Skills: A Servicenow Implementation Specialist Should Have A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Web Technologies, Scripting Languages, And Database Management. Knowledge Of Itil Processes Is Also Beneficial.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Servicenow Implementation Specialist, The Candidate Will Work Closely With Clients, Project Managers, And Other Team Members. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
