- Develop and implement sales performance strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales performance and achieve business goals.
- Conduct sales analysis: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve sales performance.
- Provide strategic insights: Offer strategic recommendations based on analysis to help drive sales growth and improve overall business performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams: Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide support in achieving their targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Identify opportunities for growth: Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth, leveraging market trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support sales performance initiatives.
- Train and mentor sales team: Provide guidance and support to sales teams, including coaching and training, to improve their performance and achieve their targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales performance management to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team by implementing new processes and tools to enhance performance.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Performance Analysis And Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team To Drive Sales Performance And Achieve Targets.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Develop Actionable Insights And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Stakeholders.
