  1. Develop and implement sales performance strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales performance and achieve business goals.
  2. Conduct sales analysis: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve sales performance.
  3. Provide strategic insights: Offer strategic recommendations based on analysis to help drive sales growth and improve overall business performance.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams: Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide support in achieving their targets.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks.
  6. Identify opportunities for growth: Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth, leveraging market trends and insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Performance Analysis And Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team To Drive Sales Performance And Achieve Targets.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Develop Actionable Insights And Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Stakeholders.
