- Develop and execute research plans and strategies to support the discovery and development of new therapies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential targets for drug discovery.

- Design and implement experiments, analyze and interpret data, and communicate results effectively.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Experimental Design And Data Analysis Techniques.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Present Research Findings And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
