Develop and implement a comprehensive field training program for the sales force.
Lead and manage a team of training coordinators to deliver effective training sessions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training with company objectives and product strategies.
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for new hires and ongoing training for current employees.
Identify training needs and create customized programs to address specific areas of improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations in training programs.
Develop and manage training budget and resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive training culture within the company.
Set performance goals and provide performance reviews for training team members.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to training and development.
Continuously track and report on the effectiveness and impact of training programs on sales performance.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Healthcare Industry: A Manager, National Field Training At Abbvie Should Have A Strong Background In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably With Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales. This Will Ensure That The Individual Is Well-Versed In The Industry And Understands The Complexities Of The Market.
Proven Track Record In Training And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Training And Developing Field Teams. This Includes Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs, Evaluating The Impact Of Training Initiatives, And Implementing Strategies To Improve Training Effectiveness.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Manager, National Field Training, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Field Trainers And Coordinating Training Efforts Across Different Regions. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Crucial For The Success Of This Role.
Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Training Needs: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Analyze Data To Identify Training Needs Within The Field Teams. This Will Help In Designing Targeted Training Programs To Address Specific Knowledge Or Skill Gaps.
Flexibility And Adaptability: The Healthcare Industry Is Constantly Evolving, And A Manager, National Field Training Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Market Dynamics And Incorporate New Training Methods And Technologies. Flexibility And Adaptability Are Key Qualities That Are Required For This Role.
