  1. Design and develop new manufacturing processes for medical devices, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
  2. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize production.
  3. Conduct thorough analyses of manufacturing processes to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement new processes and technologies.
  5. Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
  7. Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and effective processes.
  8. Train and mentor team members on new processes and technologies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and ensure all processes are in compliance with regulatory standards.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to coordinate and execute projects.
  12. Participate in project planning and budgeting processes.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide process engineering strategies.
  14. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  15. Embrace and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Cgmp Standards.

  • Experience With Process Optimization, Troubleshooting, And Validation.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
