  1. Assist the Store Operator in managing the day-to-day operations of the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to promote a welcoming and customer-friendly atmosphere.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and freshness.
  5. Assist in managing employee schedules, training, and performance to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  6. Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Help with ordering and receiving merchandise and maintaining proper inventory levels.
  8. Collaborate with the Store Operator to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and increase customer satisfaction.
