  2. Manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  3. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to assess store operations and provide feedback and support to store managers.
  7. Collaborate with other area leaders and upper management to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Manage inventory and control costs to ensure profitability.
  10. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with customers.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance leadership skills.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As An Area Leader Trainee At 7-Eleven, You Will Be Responsible For Managing And Leading A Team Of Employees. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Motivate And Coach Team Members, And Make Difficult Decisions, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Retail Experience: A Background In Retail Is Highly Desirable For An Area Leader Trainee At 7-Eleven. This Includes Experience In Managing A Store, Handling Customer Service, And Understanding Store Operations And Merchandising.

  • Business Acumen: 7-Eleven Is A Highly Successful And Fast-Paced Business, And As An Area Leader Trainee, You Will Be Expected To Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Operations And Financial Management. This Includes Skills In Budgeting, Inventory Management, And Sales Analysis.
