  6. Conduct regular store visits to assess store operations and provide feedback and support to store managers.

  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Manage inventory and control costs to ensure profitability.
  10. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with customers.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance leadership skills.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As An Area Leader Trainee At 7-Eleven, You Will Be Responsible For Managing And Leading A Team Of Employees. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Motivate And Coach Team Members, And Make Difficult Decisions, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Retail Experience: A Background In Retail Is Highly Desirable For An Area Leader Trainee At 7-Eleven. This Includes Experience In Managing A Store, Handling Customer Service, And Understanding Store Operations And Merchandising.
