  1. Oversee the maintenance and operation of all mechanical systems in our facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely and effective upkeep of all mechanical systems.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise, utilizing your expertise to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the facilities management team to coordinate maintenance and repair projects and minimize disruptions to daily operations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mechanical engineering to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within our facilities.
  7. Manage a team of technicians and contractors to complete maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes in regards to mechanical systems and equipment.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source necessary parts and equipment for maintenance and repair.
  10. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in facilities mechanical systems.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and manufacturing, to support the development and implementation of new equipment and systems.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities for future reference and reporting purposes.
  13. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing mechanical systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner, both internally and externally, and uphold the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Engineering, With A Focus On Mechanical Systems Design And Maintenance.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With 3D Modeling.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hvac, Plumbing, And Fire Protection Systems.

  • Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
